Deposits & Payments

The booking fee of $100 is non-refundable but deductible from the total agreed amount for the event. The remaining balance would be paid on the day before the event unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

Service Period

Pursuant to the responsibilities of hirer, Instaphoto agrees to have a photo booth operational for a minimum of 80% during this period. Client understands that occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.

Hiring, Delivery and Service

Delivery, set up and dismantling of the photo booth will be outside the rental period and is free of charge. A photo booth attendant will be on site or nearby to provide assistance, if needed, for the duration of the event.

Travel

For 3 hour and above events, a travel surcharge will apply to venues outside of the 35kms radius of the Perth CBD. While for 2 hour events, a travel surcharge will apply to venues outside of the 25kms radius of Joondalup.

Requirements

Provision of one chair, one table and one normal power outlet is required. For outdoor photo booth, it is requested that the booth and attendant be sufficiently protected from the elements by providing opaque overhead and side cover on at least two sides. The client should ensure that the venue function coordinator or private function coordinator is aware of these requirements and can provide the needed requirements.

Restrictions

No cigarettes or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the booth or in the photo booth area.
No chairs or other objects to stand on should be brought inside the photo booth.
No lifting up of guests, piggy backing, hand standings, or any kind of gymnastics play inside the photo booth is allowed.
No drinks or food allowed inside the photo booth.
Children under the age of 10 are required to be accompanied by an adult when selecting props & when inside the photo booth.
No props should be on the floor inside the booth.
No props should be removed from the photo booth area.
The rear curtain at the back of the photo booth is merely hanging. Leaning against it may cause harm.

Photo Releases

The client permits to use images taken from the event to promote the business of Instaphoto, including but not limited to, use on website, blog, social media and print marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise, in writing, before the date of the event.

Instaphoto will not use images which are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate on its website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be considered personally damaging to any person(s).

Instaphoto will not sell any personal details taken during the event to any third party and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that personal details remain confidential and amply protected.

Overtime Rates

Should the client or their representative decides to extend the booked time during event, the applicable rate is $75 per hour (Box) or $90 per hour (Mirror), beginning from the time of the extension on a cash basis.

Failure to Complete the Package

Instaphoto will ensure delivery of the booked package, however, in case of unforeseen equipment failure prevented this from happening during the normal course of the events, Instaphoto liability will be limited to a total or partial refund of monies paid, depending on the extent of the delivered services.

Instaphoto cannot be held in any way liable for equipment or accessories failure or damages (including electrical, water or other liquid damage) due to any negligence, act or fault of venue staff, client/s or client’s guest/s or other person/s using the photobooth during the event/function, whose negligence, act or fault, wilful or accidental, prevented Instaphoto from the successful completion of the package agreed upon with the client.

Cancelation Policy

In case of event cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances or should the client decides to cancel or postpone the booking. Instaphoto will provide the client with a credit note that may be use for a future date. The credit note does not expire but is subject to availability.

Damage to Provider’s Equipment

The photo booth operator may pause or terminate the use of the photo booth at any given time during the event if there exist a danger from unruly behavior of any individual/s which the operator(s) believes may inflict harm to any persons, or potentially damage the product.

The photo booth attendant reserves the right to exclude a person or persons from the photo booth if the attendant considers that person to be grossly intoxicated or behaving in an aggressive or abusive manner towards the photo booth attendant and/or may cause damage to Instaphoto properties.

The client acknowledges responsibilities for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by:

Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by client or its guests, or

Any theft or man-made disaster (including but not limited to fire, scuffle, etc..) caused by the client, guest or any individual invited during the event.

Special Orders

Special order can be accommodated upon request but may entail extra charges. Such request though can be provided by Instaphoto on a case-to-case basis only.
